Our clubhouse is a perfect spot for wedding receptions or large parties. It features hard wood floors in the main room, a full kitchen for keeping food warm or cold, and plenty of space for your guests to have fun. The grounds offer picnic tables, large grass field and a beautiful beach. WiFi is available.
The Club is pleased to announce the addition of a 65 inch smart TV. Connect your laptop computer, smart phone or tablet to view your video content or stream events using our WiFi connection.
Reservations:
We can accommodate most parties.
All rental reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
Small groups may be asked to share outside facilities.
Reservations are encouraged for the grounds outside the clubhouse if used by 25 or more people.
Rental fees and deposits are set forth in the rental contract and are revised occasionally by the Board of Directors.
Confirmation of rentals will become valid upon receipt of a signed rental contract, deposit, and fees.
The rental rate for a one day rental (no partial day rentals) is $500 for rentals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and $250 for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday rentals. Plus there is a refundable $300 security deposit.
The rental rate for a wedding is $1,000 with the refundable security deposit. This gives the renter access to the clubhouse and grounds from noon Friday until noon on Sunday (assuming it’s a Saturday wedding.
The facility is intended to be used for member’s personal recreation, education, and community activities and to meet the recreational and community needs of their immediate family, charities, or not-for-profit organization known to renter. As a non-profit organization with tax-exempt status, the Drum Point Club facility CANNOT be used for any activity which is for personal financial or business material profit (monetary gain from the sale of materials or services) of the renter or entity they are sponsoring (IRS 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Code).
