  • Drum Point Club Women's Group - Bunco Nights. The dates for Bunco Nights (on Mondays) for the rest of the year are: July 29, August 26, September 30, October 28, and December 2.   • Bocce Ball - EVERY SUNDAY from 3 to 5 PM! Bocce Ball comes to the Drum Point Club. Learn the great Italian game of Bocce Ball. You will learn the proper technique to throw the Bocce balls as well as the rules and strategy of the game. Participants will also play one or more games against each other to better understand the game. It’s a social sport, easy to play, low impact, for all levels, ages 10 years and up. Wear a hat, bring sunscreen and water to drink. Have a fun Sunday afternoon at the club.

  • Annual Fourth of July Picnic and Concert. Thursday, July 4th 4 - 9 PM.  Drum Point's Annual Fourth of July Picnic offers delicious brats, hamburgers and hot dogs with accompaniments as well as sodas and water.  We ask that attendees bring and share an appetizer.   Then at 5 PM we are excited to have The Mike Wescott Band performing live CLASSIC ROCK favorites.  Mike Wescott is an accomplished rock & blues guitarist with deep roots in the Washington, DC area.  Back by popular demand, bassist Wolf Crescenze will be joining the band and will surely make this a memorable event.  The concert will be held rain or shine.  After the concert, stay to watch the Solomons fireworks from the beach. 

  • Youth Fishing Instruction Event - On Saturday, July 27th from 10 AM - 2 PM, Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will be holding a "Hooked on Fishing" seminar for children aged 8 to 15 at the Drum Point Club pier. Youth participants will need adult supervision for this event. Bait and equipment will be provided, participants are welcome to bring their own equipment. Instruction will include casting, fish identification, angler ethics, and catch and release. Please contact Tim Hansen to sign up.
