Annex Rentals

We are excited to announce that the Clubhouse Annex is available for rentals starting June 1, 2026! The Annex was recently renovated with new flooring, painted walls, furnishings, and minor maintenance. The Annex is a small room with a private bathroom and refrigerator. Perfect for small parties, meetings, or a day at the beach!  Pictures are at the bottom of this communication.

 

The Clubhouse rules will remain the same for the Annex with adjustments made relative to that specific space. Below are key points to be considered when renting the Annex.

  • Group size maximum: The Annex rental will be limited to 12 people. This includes adults and children.

  • Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm. The hours and group size take into consideration the occupant(s) in the attached apartment and the need to be considerate of noise and activity.

  • Cost: $200 weekends and $125 weekdays. Weekend days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Weekdays are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Deposit: A $100 deposit will be required at time of rental confirmation to secure the date. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the rental.

  • Pavilion and Patio: If the Clubhouse is rented, the Clubhouse renters will have primary use of the pavilion and patio. If the Annex is rented prior to a Clubhouse 3-day rental, which typically includes the Annex, the Annex will not be available for the 3-day rental. Clubhouse rentals always include use of the pavilion and patio.

  • Cooking: Will not be allowed in the Annex. However, crock pots and/or coffee makers will be acceptable.

  • Rental Agreement: The rental agreement will be the same as the Clubhouse with necessary adjustments made for the Annex requirements.

  • Condition: Renters are responsible for leaving the Annex in the condition they found it.
